Cancellations:
All appointments require 24-hour notice to be cancelled or rescheduled. If you do not cancel or reschedule prior to 24-hours of your appointment you will be subject to a fee of 50% of your service cost.

We understand that sometimes life just happens + there are a few exceptions. However we ask that you respect the time of each tech as it greatly impacts each of us + our schedules.
NO-SHOWS
Anyone that fails to show for a scheduled appointment and does not cancel 24-hours prior to the appointment will be considered a "no-show" and is subject to a fee equal to the full cost of the booked service.
RUNNING LATE?
Be Considerate
S & Co is a popular Salon + this means we’re usually booked. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.

Anyone more than 15 minutes late may have to be rescheduled.
